Service Description

At Geniuslane, our Targeted Care Program for Dyslexia, Autism includes weekly follow-up consultations with a psychologist or Specialist Paediatrician (depending on the Program support you have selected) to provide ongoing support to families in implementing their home program. Our team of experts understands that the journey of supporting child with neurodiversity can be challenging and complex, and we are here to help every step of the way. During the follow-up consultations, our team will work with you to address any questions or concerns you may have in implementing your home program. We will take the time to listen to your experiences, provide guidance and support. Additionally, our team will take note of any questions or concerns you may have for the Parents meeting with our specialist doctor. This twice monthly meeting allows families to come together to discuss progress and challenges, share experiences and insights, and receive additional support and guidance from our specialist team. At Geniuslane, we are committed to providing comprehensive and ongoing support to families as they navigate the journey of supporting a child with autism. Our follow-up consultations and weekly meetings are an essential part of our Brain Early Skills Test (BEST) Service, ensuring that families receive the guidance, support, and resources they need to help their child thrive.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another family who may be waiting for a booking. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative time or date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
